The study was conducted with 325 teachers working in 15 primary and secondary schools in the center of Ankara. Within this scope, PSI consisting of 18 items and four dimensions was applied to participants. The scales gathered from participants analyzed via confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient. After the analysis, it was found that Turkish version of PSI was valid and reliable instrument and it was convenient to be utilized in educational organizations.
