Abstract

Research background: Digital processing methods are better understood from a corporate perspective. The new technology is the focus of the transformation of products, systems and all operational aspects.


Purpose of the article: The purpose of this research is to examine the changing position of human resources management in the digital age. The research question is: how do human resources workers see how the digital age develops managerial capital? The transformation of business processes, activities and systems is called digital transformation to exploit new technologies.


Methods: The methodology of the study is qualitative and includes interviews with semi-structured HR practitioners in the United Emirates (UAE). The interviews include HR planning, motivation management, success management, education and development and health and safety. They cover a session that is half organized.


Findings & value added: of the themed review show two distinct approaches to the thinking of HR managers on digital transformation. Two types of topics are available: major topics and subjects. Firstly, HR's role in fostering the digital transformation era is to be considered; and, secondly, how digital transformation has changed the daily activities of HR.
