Abstract

Educational Administration is related to the management of the institution. In the academic institution, human beings and physical resources are brought together for attaining educational objectives. The present study is an attempt to study the administrative behaviour of school principals. The study also tries to compare the administrative behaviour of male and female principals. Descriptive survey method will be applied. 30 school principals will be taken as a sample of the study.
