Effectiveness Of Stories-Based Program In Improving Some Moral Values Towards People With Disabilities For Fourth-Grade Students In Bethlehem Governorate-Palestine

Abstract

This study aimed to reveal the effect of using the stories-based program in improving moral values ​​towards people with disabilities for fourth-grade students in Bethlehem Governorate. The researcher adopted the experimental approach and quasi-experimental design and applied the study to a cluster sample of 30 male and female students in the fourth grade at the Patriarchate School in the city of Beit Sahour in the second semester of 2021-2022The results showed that there was a statistically significant effect at the significance (α ≤ 0.05) of the program in improving moral values in favor of the member's experimental group, the results also, showed that there was a significant effect at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) of the program in improving moral values ​​ related to gender in favor of post-group members "male", and there were no differences in the interaction between teaching method and gender. One of the most important recommendations is to enhance the role of stories because they have a clear impact on improving students’ moral values.
