With this study, 11 studies, independent from each other, were brought together and 4.293 study subjects were included in the sample group. The results of the analysis, which were conducted using random effects model, showed that transformational leadership is strongly correlated with organizational commitment. The study indicating that the educational level and sampling region have a moderator role on organizational commitment is not supported.
