Abstract

There are many and diverse forms of leadership, but it aims to strengthen the innovative capacity of knowledge management by increasing its initiative and willingness to adopt risks. To provide outstanding performance, the research community was chosen as a sample of two teachers in one of the university’s colleges by distributing (25) questionnaires to the individuals surveyed at their work sites, which included several questions. According to the study attempt, the statistical program (SPSS) was used to calculate the frequency distribution, percentages, arithmetic mean, and standard deviation. The research reached a number of conclusions, the most prominent of which was that knowledge management has a positive impact on entrepreneurial orientation, as it contributes to increasing the growth of projects to become medium and large projects in the country. the future.
