Abstract

Oriented normal students at public fees are the talents that normal colleges and schools around the world focus on cultivating, and they are the core structure of rural teachers. Their development determines the solid foundation for rural teachers to build and grow and plays an important role in promoting the balanced development of urban and rural compulsory education in China. As the main organization, local normal colleges respond to the strategic requirements of national rural revitalization, which not only obtains new development opportunities for cultivating oriented normal students at public fees but also obtains unprecedented challenges. Local normal colleges must strengthen the training of talents, attach importance to caring education, strengthen tripartite cooperation with local governments and schools, and create a qualified and excellent team of rural teachers.
