Abstract
Employee engagement, staff morale, and employee wellbeing are critical factors influencing organizational performance and individual satisfaction within the education sector. This paper examines the interplay between these factors, with a specific focus on the role of employee engagement in mediating the relationship between staff morale and employee wellbeing. Drawing upon a comprehensive review of existing literature and employing a theoretical framework grounded in relevant theories of organizational behavior, this study investigates the complex dynamics at play in educational settings. Methodologically, a mixed-methods approach is utilized, incorporating both quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews to capture the nuanced experiences and perceptions of educators across various educational contexts. Through rigorous data analysis, this study sheds light on the mechanisms through which employee engagement may influence the relationship between staff morale and employee wellbeing, offering valuable insights for both researchers and practitioners in the field of education.
