Abstract
The "Interplay of Leadership, Culture, and Innovation" is a vital consideration in the ever-evolving IT and ITES sectors. This study underscores the central role of trust as a linchpin for innovation, predicated on factors such as organizational culture, leadership integrity, and behavioral consistency. Leadership emerges as a pivotal influencer of organizational trust, underscoring the criticality of leadership styles in guiding, sustaining, innovating, and nurturing knowledge-based industry firms. Leadership styles wield significant influence on job satisfaction, commitment, trust, and self-management. Stakeholder alignment is a key driver of organizational commitment and effectiveness, with responsible leadership crucial for harmonizing diverse stakeholders toward a shared vision. This research analyzes the correlation between leadership styles, organizational culture, and subsequent innovation in global IT and ITES companies, focusing on how leadership styles affect organizational culture and innovation.
