Abstract

In Ayurveda Acharya Sushruta, Charaka, Vaghbhata mentioned and explained various ahara and Vihara concept in dincharya regarding Ano-rectal diseases. Ahara and Vihara and home remedies (Aharakalpana) play an important role in prevention of Ano-rectal diseases roga prevention of Ano-rectal diseases is crucial for lowering disease incidence and thus minimizing the individual, familial and public health burden. Ahara rich in green vagetables and fruits are beneficial whereas frequent meat consumptions increase the risk. Alcohol mental tension occupational hazards also adding its effect on it. there is evidence of the effectiveness of ahara (Diet) or Vihara (Lifestyle) modification on Ano-rectal diseases Control, but further studies are necessary. The purpose of this article is to analyze and alter the Ahara and vihara for prevention of Ano-rectal diseases.
