Abstract

This study examines the various green HR practices followed by organizations around the world and explains the simplified meaning of GHRM. This paper focuses on key green policies and practices to improve environmental sustainability, creating awareness among human resource managers and employees about green human resource management (GHRM), the green movement, and the use of natural resources to help organizations promote sustainable growth and protect health and safety for both employees and customers.


The information, findings, and discussion in this study are based on literature reviews obtained through online publications.
