Abstract
The present study has been undertaken with the aim of analyzing organizational
culture and its correlation with organizational entrepreneurship novel principels. It
focuses on investigating these aspects from the perspective of employees working in
knowledge-based companies throughout Iran. The research population comprises
239 university-educated individuals, out of which a sample size of 148 was selected
using Morgan's table. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire, while
inferential statistical analysis methods were employed to analyze the data collected.
The key findings of this study indicate a significant association between
organizational culture and organizational entrepreneurship within Iranian
knowledge-based companies.
