Abstract

The post-pandemic transition to hybrid work environments has sped up the adoption of HR analytics changing recruitment training and workforce management tactics. This study highlights new trends difficulties and opportunities as it examines the development of HR analytics in hybrid work environments. Results from the review show that workforce optimization is improved by AI-driven predictive analytics although issues with data governance and cultural adaptation still exist. Notwithstanding these challenges HR analytics offers substantial potential for raising employee productivity retention and engagement in a digitally first world. In order to optimize the benefits of HR analytics in hybrid work models the study highlights the necessity of strategic implementation equipping HR professionals with data literacy skills and cultivating a culture of trust.
