In today's talent shortage, companies strive to hire the best and brightest candidates.employees in their organization, and Talent Management can help them do so. Talent Management practices encompass the entire process of planning, recruiting, developing, managing, and compensating personnel within an organization. Having a talented team is crucial for organizational success, leading to increased production and cost savings. However, maintaining these skills can hinder It's challenging to find experienced candidates in today's competitive job market. Younger When organizations fail to meet the expectations of different generations, individuals may choose to leave. Retaining and developing exceptional people is vital for organizational success, requiring consideration of more than just income and perks. This paper utilized a comprehensive literature review and secondary sources to achieve its purpose.
