This business operates in the field culinary, this business began to experience a decline in sales of 65%. Problem in study This is How strategy Which should applied and How alternative strategy Which must prioritized in its implementation in this business. The method used For prioritize strategy marketing that is Analysis SWOT and QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix). The purpose of this research is For determine strategy Which appropriate For increase sale And determine form alternative strategy based on Internal And External Matrix, And Quantitative Strategic Appropriate Planning Matrix (QSPM) to be implemented. Based on the results calculation BAG on analysis QSPM, obtained alternative First Which The most prioritized is the procurement of a variety of flavors and new types of products next with make packaging Which interesting so that sale Roadside stall Sweet Pioneers can increase.
