Abstract

AI is establishing itself as an intriguing innovation with tremendous promise for improving national confidentiality operations. However, as artificial intelligence (AI) becomes more fully incorporated into key systems for national defence and safety, there are rising worries about the safety and legal ramifications of its usage. The purpose of this study's report is to give a complete comparison examination of privacy and legal implications in applications of artificial intelligence for national safety throughout several countries. The article will begin by looking at the current state of AI applications in matters of security, such as gathering information, surveillance, vulnerability identification, and military activities. The legal implications of AI in the national interest will be examined as well, including questions of responsibility, supervision by humans, and disclosure. The article will examine the legal structures and legislation that regulate the use of AI in global level safety in various countries, covering both local and international legislation. The article will explore best practises and lessons learnt from different countries and highlight the obstacles and limitations in existing technological and legal structures for AI implementations in the national interest. Overall, the purpose of this research paper is to offer an unbiased evaluation of safety and constitutional issues in artificial technology applications for countries safety.
