Abstract

This research paper investigates the multifaceted relationship between the socioeconomic status (SES) of families and child development in the rural areas surrounding Lucknow. Recognizing the critical role that socioeconomic factors play in shaping the future of children, the study delves into a comprehensive analysis of how these elements influence education, health, and overall development, particularly in rural environments. The findings reveal significant relationships between Socioeconomic Status and various aspects of child development, and highligh the disparities in education and health outcomes. The research underscores the need for targeted interventions to address these disparities, thus promoting equitable development opportunities for children in rural areas.
