Abstract
The integration of Human Resource (HR) analytics has become a pivotal tool for organizations seeking to enhance decision-making processes within their HR departments. This paper explores the practical application of HR analytics and its impact on strategic decision-making among HR practitioners. Through a comprehensive analysis of current practices, this study examines how HR analytics is utilized to inform decisions related to talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and workforce planning. The findings highlight the potential of HR analytics to transform traditional HR functions by providing data-driven insights that improve accuracy, efficiency, and overall organizational performance.
