Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of information and communication technology on improving the performance of the human resources task in institutions. Algeria Post was chosen as a field of study, where a field study was conducted on a sample of employees of Algeria Post, specifically the El Bayadh unit, the sample included 220 employees. The statistical program ((SPSS V26) was used to analyze the questionnaire data to present the results and test the hypotheses.
The results of the study showed a statistically significant impact of information and communication technology on improving the performance of the human resources task in the institution under study, and it also recommended the need to intensify training and training courses in the field of uses of information and communication technology, and to work on motivating human resources to innovate in the field of technology.
