Abstract

Transgender persons are still stigmatized in modern culture, despite advances in awareness and legislation. Systematic exclusion, discrimination, and social stigma in public life, the workplace, healthcare, and education are all discussed in this article. The intersections of race, class, and culture that exacerbate marginalization are examined. It highlights how stigmatization has psychological and socioeconomic repercussions and highlights the necessity of inclusive policies and reforms. Advocacy, the law, and the media all affect mentalities. Through recognizing obstacles and suggesting remedies, this research enhances the conversation about gender identity, social justice, and human rights.
