Abstract

This research aims to demonstrate the impact of governance implementation on improving the quality of health services in public hospitals. To achieve this, a field study was conducted at the specialized health institution - Hamdiken Belkacem - Cancer Control Center, Batna. The study targeted a sample of employees from the medical, paramedical, and administrative staff. The research employed a descriptive-analytical method and relied on a questionnaire as a data collection tool. Data was processed and analyzed using SPSS V25 software. The study concluded with several key findings, including:


- The specialized health institution - Hamdiken Belkacem - Cancer Control Center, Batna is moderately inclined towards implementing governance.


- The specialized health institution - Hamdiken Belkacem - Cancer Control Center, Batna provides high-quality health services from the perspective of its employees.
