This paper explores the role of MIS in decision-making processes within the Indian automobile industry, highlighting its benefits, challenges, and emerging trends. By analyzing the application of MIS in areas like supply chain management, production, and customer relationship management, the study offers insights into its potential to enhance operational efficiency and drive sustainable growth.
