Abstract

This paper explores the role of human capital in fostering sustainability by examining its influence on organizational strategies, innovation, and stakeholder engagement. Through a review of relevant literature and case studies, the paper highlights how investments in employee development, diversity, and inclusion contribute to long-term organizational success and environmental stewardship.
