Abstract
In high-pressure work environments, employee productivity and well-being are critical to organizational success. This research examines the impact of comprehensive wellness programs on employee efficiency, absenteeism, job satisfaction, mental and physical well-being, and organizational commitment. The findings highlight that employees who participate in structured wellness initiatives report a 22% improvement in task efficiency, a 30% reduction in absenteeism, and significantly higher job satisfaction levels compared to non-participants. Additionally, wellness programs contribute to a 40% decrease in stress levels, improved cardiovascular health, and better sleep patterns, leading to enhanced overall well-being.
