Abstract

This study is aims to understand the role of social anxiety, depression and mental well-being; A correlational study, the most centered par in the analysis is stress, worriedness, anxiety throughout traditional days. The purpose of the study was to determine the impact of social anxiety/ Phobia, depression and mental well-being and to know how the individual regulates their emotions.
