Abstract

This study examines directions for improving the efficiency of public administration in the sphere of higher education in Palestine. It underscores the importance of adopting international models and fostering international cooperation, along with developing effective leadership and undertaking political and institutional transformations. Additionally, the study emphasizes the need to focus on ensuring educational quality, enhancing professional skills, and building resilience to external challenges. Finally, the study calls for a comprehensive approach that combines international cooperation, leadership development, and policy reform to achieve improvements in the general administration of higher education in Palestine.
